When you choose to continue on WhatsApp, we prepare a message to our order number containing your entered contact details, products, carton quantities and product photo links. You press Send in WhatsApp to share it with the store. Your private tracking link is not included in that message.

We use the name, phone number, address and notes you submit to discuss and fulfil your request. These details are available to the store owner and are not public.

Your basket and language preference are stored on your device. We count aggregate product views and enquiry clicks without storing raw IP addresses, and respect your browser’s Do Not Track setting. Supabase and Cloudflare provide hosting and data storage.

To ask about your request data or request its deletion, include your request reference when replying to the store’s follow-up. Your tracking link is private; do not share it with others.

You can also check your request on the tracking page with your request reference and the phone number you entered; the phone number is not shown on the page or placed in the link.

We keep request details for as long as they are needed to prepare and follow up your order and for our sales records, together with backups that protect them from loss. You can ask us to delete them at any time by quoting your request reference.

If a technical error happens on a page, the browser sends only the error description and the page name so we can fix it, with no personal data, and nothing is sent when Do Not Track is on.

Voice search is optional: it uses your browser’s speech service, and the website does not receive or store the audio. A “Share picture” is made on your device from the product photo and is not sent to the website.
